Joël has been a student of wine since he first began forming memories. Growing up in France, he started learning early, with strawberries soaked in wine and small glasses for the children on the dinner table. Born in a castle named Carcassonne, vineyards stretched out as far as the eye could see. As fate had it, Joel ended up settling in the Napa Valley, enjoying the beauty and world famous wines that make up a big part of his life.
