Born and raised in Carcassonne in southern France, where vineyards surround the medieval city, Joel’s love for wine started early in his life. He spent the last 30 years in Napa and Sonoma Valley restaurants, cultivating relationships with wineries and wine distributors, large and small. Joël has been crafting Wine Lists and running Wine Programs that live up to the reputation of the wines themselves!

  • Agreement drawn up and signed specifying number of wines needed and cost of consultation

  • Creation of your custom tailored Wine List

  • Help for sourcing and purchasing the wine

  • Video call follow up where questions can be answered and knowledge offered to your staff or whoever will be presenting your Wine List
